Country Pork Skillet

You probably have almost everything you need already for this hearty one pan crowd pleaser. Diced top loin pork chops are protein rich and the potatoes and frozen vegetables round out the meal. Serve with hot biscuits and dinner’s ready.

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

4 Smithfield Lean Generation boneless top loin pork chops diced
1 12-ounce jar pork gravy
2 T. ketchup
8 small red potatoes diced
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables

Steps:

In large skillet brown pork cubes; stir in gravy ketchup and potatoes; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in vegetables; cook for 10-15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender.
