Firecracker Barbecue Pork

Light up your next dinner party with a tangy pork roast that takes the light citrus flavor of oranges and ignites it with a mixture of hot and spicy sauces. Leftovers are great too sliced thin on a seeded bun.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 2-pound Smithfield Lean Generation boneless pork loin roast
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
1/2 t. grated horseradish (optional)

Steps:

Season roast with salt and pepper; place over indirect heat on medium-hot grill. Stir together remaining ingredients and baste roast every 8-10 minutes with mixture until roast is done about 30-45 minutes. Let roast rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing to serve. Discard any leftover basting mixture.
