Ginger Pork Chops

It’s the sesame oil that gives these thick chops their sizzle. While they’re cooking under a covered grill why not throw on a few ears of fresh corn too? Round out the meal with a colorful vegetable medley.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

4 Smithfield Lean Generation boneless center cut pork chops 1 1/2-inch thick
2 c. dry white wine OR distilled vinegar
1/2 c. sliced green onions
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 T. fresh ginger grated

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade. Grill chops over indirect heat in covered grill for 12 to 15 minutes turning once.
