Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Apricot-Mustard

A honey mustard sauce is good but add the mellow sweetness of apricots and suddenly it gets even better. Try this one this weekend and see for yourself what it does for a tasty grilled pork tenderloin.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 Smithfield Lean Generation pork tenderloin about a pound
3 T. apricot preserves
5 T. honey mustard

Steps:

Season tenderloin with salt and pepper; in small bowl stir together the preserves and mustard. Grill pork over a medium-hot fire brushing with mustard mixture frequently turning once or twice until just done about 15 minutes.
