Honey-Garlic Chops A touch of dry sherry in the honey-garlic marinade gives these chops their company taste. A thick-cut chop (one and a half inches is just about perfect) cooks up beautifully on the grill. Serve with tiny white potatoes and fresh green beans for an elegant plate.

Ingredients: 4 Smithfield Lean Generation center cut boneless pork chops 1 1/2-inch-thick Steps: Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill chops over medium-hot coals 12 to 15 minutes turning once. |
