Barbecue Pork Skillet

Low-fat Italian dressing combined with our naturally lean pork make this popular top-of-the-stove meal easy on the waist-line. Team it up with deli cole slaw and warm rolls for a great middle-of-the-week meal.

Ingredients:

4 Smithfield Lean Generation top loin pork chops
1/4 c. low-fat Italian dressing
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 t. chili powder

Steps:

In large non-stick skillet brown pork chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops and add remaining ingredients to pan stirring to blend; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
